  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that the delivery details, contact number, size selection, product quantity, and payment information are accurate.
  • Product images are used to represent style, color, and fit as closely as possible, but minor color variation may occur because of photography, lighting, and screen settings.
  • Prices, discounts, stock availability, size availability, and offers may change without prior notice until the order is successfully placed.
  • TALENT GRID may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock mismatch, suspicious activity, delivery restrictions, or payment failure.
  • Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content, upload harmful material, or place fraudulent orders.
  • All purchases are subject to these policies, applicable consumer laws, payment gateway terms, and logistics partner rules.
  • Any disputes will first be handled through customer support, and unresolved matters will be addressed under applicable Indian law.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are packed after product, size, payment, and inventory verification.
  • Delivery may be handled by TALENT GRID, third-party couriers, logistics partners, franchises, or last-mile delivery partners.
  • Estimated delivery dates depend on product availability, warehouse location, customer address, courier coverage, weather, holidays, and operational conditions.
  • Customers must provide a complete delivery address with landmark, pincode, and reachable mobile number to avoid delay or failed delivery.
  • If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier may retry or return the order to origin.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before checkout. Orders above the free-delivery threshold may receive free shipping.
  • Packaging is designed to protect apparel from dust and transit damage, but customers should inspect the package before accepting visibly damaged shipments.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may change during sales, festivals, high-demand periods, or courier disruptions.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligible fashion products may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice.
  • Return requests must be raised within the return window shown on the product page or order confirmation.
  • Products with stains, fragrance, body odor, makeup marks, torn tags, missing packaging, or signs of wear may be rejected during quality check.

Cancellation Policy

  • If only some items in a multi-product order are unavailable, TALENT GRID may cancel those items and continue processing the remaining items.
  • Customers should check the order status before requesting cancellation because status changes quickly during packing and dispatch.
  • Coupon, wallet, store credit, or promotional benefit reversal will follow the terms of the original offer.
  • Repeated fake orders, refusal of delivery, or misuse of cancellation may lead to order restrictions or account review.

Payment Policy

  • The platform may support UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, payment gateways, cash on delivery, or other approved payment methods.
  • All online payments are subject to bank, payment gateway, wallet provider, and applicable regulatory approval.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization or valid cash-on-delivery acceptance where available.
  • If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed by the bank or payment partner according to their timelines.
  • TALENT GRID may request payment verification or cancel suspicious transactions to protect customers and the platform.
